Villa Encanto, named by the kids after Disney’s Encanto movie (and meaning “charming”), is the family home of Patrick and Jessica Ginn. Patrick and Jessica have three younger kids and call Vancouver, Washington home.

This is a special home for creating life-long memories, and the Ginns are happy to share it with friends, family, and a select few guests who fully appreciate the property and will treat the home and staff with care and love. Our goal is to establish long-term relationships so you and your family will come back year after year.

Nightly rates, depending on the season, range from $4,000 to $10,000 USD at Christmas and New Year. Typical stays are at least six nights, but please reach out with your desired dates for consideration. Discounts are available for longer stays, and consideration is given to returning guests.
